When you hear the phrase “trust your gut,” this is the solar plexus. Our gut feelings, intuition, and connection to ourselves are housed in the solar plexus energy. When we are disconnected from our intuition and gut instinct, we often lack confidence, feel hopeless, and can be plagued with self-doubt.
A Blocked or Imbalance Solar Plexus
As mentioned above, when this chakra is blocked, we can feel powerless and low in self-confidence and self-worth. We can also experience physical symptoms such as digestive issues, dietary intolerances, fatigue, and muscle pain.
